The mains-powered JA-80G senses combustive gas leaks using a hot platinum filament sensor. Wirelessly signals to alarms with a relay output to shut down electric gas valves. Enrollable to control panels,UC/AC relay receivers and JA-80L sirens. The JA-80G detects mixtures of air and combustible gases or fumes (Natural Gas, Methane, Propane, Butane, Acetylene, GPL etc). The detector detects two levels of gas concentration, responding with two different reactions. The mains-powered detector indicates a gas leakage optically, and acoustically, and transmits alarm wirelessly via Oasis protocol.

Detector specifications
- Sensitivity (concentration):
* Methane: 1st level - 10 ± 3% LEL (0.50% vol) / 2nd level - 18 ± 3% LEL (0.80% vol)
* Propane: 1st level - 18 ± 3% LEL (0.30% vol) / 2nd level - 30 ± 3% LEL (0.50% vol)
* Iso-butane: 1st level - 23 ± 3 % LEL (0.30% vol) / 2nd level - 40 ± 3 % LEL (0.50% vol)
LEL = Lower explosive limit (100%) according to IEC 60079-20-1: for Methane is 4.4% volume concentration for propane 1.7% vol, for iso-butane 1.3% volume, calibrated in the production of iso-butane
