A motion detector combining a passive infrared (PIR) sensor and a microwave (MW) sensor. The dual detection increases resistance to false alarms in environments prone to sudden temperature fluctuations, such as air drafts, radiant heating sources, and similar conditions. The standard PIR detector triggers the microwave detection, which either confirms or disproves the presence of motion.

The product is compatible only with control panels JA-102K, JA-103K, JA-107K, or newer.
This is the successor to the original JA-120PW detector. The mechanical design is unified with the standard motion detectors of the JABLOTRON 100+ series. The detector’s function is identical to the design version JA-122PW and allows full configuration even without physical access to the peripheral.

In addition to burglary evaluation, the detector can be used for home automation functions, such as automatic lighting upon motion. Microwave detection can be disabled when the system is disarmed, so the detector responds solely to the PIR sensor, providing a faster response for automation functions. The immunity of both PIR and MW detection is adjustable independently. The sensitivity of the microwave sensor can be regulated in 4 levels directly using the F-Link software.
